By accessing or using WarriorForge AI (“WarriorForge,” “we,” “us,” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including subscribers to our paid services, Brotherhood Leaders, and merchandise purchasers.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms from time to time with notice posted on this page. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service will be subject to the Terms. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Warrior” - A registered user of the WarriorForge platform.
• “Brotherhood” - A community group within WarriorForge led by a verified Brotherhood Leader.
• “Brotherhood Leader” - A verified user authorized to create and moderate a Brotherhood, subject to additional terms.
• “Mirror Check-In” - A user-submitted photo uploaded to the social feed showing fitness progress.
• “Warrior Persona” - An AI character (such as Spartacus, Leonidas, Musashi, Goggins, or Jocko) available for conversation.
• “Elite Tier” - The premium subscription level offering full platform access.
• “Merchandise” - Physical products (t-shirts, hoodies) sold through the WarriorForge store.

3. Service Description

WarriorForge AI is a comprehensive platform designed to help men achieve daily mental resilience, discipline, and purposeful living through:

• AI Warrior Conversations: Chat with legendary warrior personas (Spartacus, Leonidas, Musashi, Goggins, Jocko) powered by OpenRouter AI for motivational guidance and entertainment.
• Physical Training Tracking: Log workouts across 6 exercise types (push-ups, pull-ups, dips, burpees, squats, planks) with personal records and history tracking.
• Mirror Check-Ins: Post transformation photos to a social accountability feed with likes and comments from fellow warriors.
• Brotherhood Communities: Join tribes led by verified leaders for accountability, exclusive content, and support.
• Daily Challenges: Gamified micro-tasks issued by warrior personas that auto-complete when workouts are logged.
• Positive Words Reflection: Backwards-text word cards that trigger AI-guided reflection conversations.
• Merchandise Store: Purchase backwards-text apparel (t-shirts, hoodies) that reads correctly in mirrors.

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with different usage limits and feature access. The availability of specific features may vary by subscription tier.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to WarriorForge features varies by age:

4.1 18+ Required For:

• Posting Mirror Check-Ins: Due to body image content, users must be 18 or older to post photos.
• Workout Tracking and Challenges: Unsupervised physical training tracking requires users to be 18 or older.
• Creating or Leading Brotherhoods: Brotherhood Leaders must be 18 or older.
• Purchasing Merchandise: Buyers must be 18 or older to place orders.

4.2 Ages 13-17:

• May access AI warrior conversations with parental consent.
• May view mirror check-ins but not post.
• May not track workouts, accept challenges, join brotherhoods, or purchase merchandise.

4.3 Under 13:

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

By using WarriorForge, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements for the features you access. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Meet the age requirements specified in Section 4

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Subscription Tiers

WarriorForge offers the following subscription tiers:

6.1 Free Tier

• AI warrior conversations
• View-only access to mirror check-ins
• Join 1 brotherhood
• Basic workout tracking
• 3 daily challenges per week

6.2 Warrior Tier ($4.99/month)

• AI warrior conversations
• Post mirror check-ins (must be 18+)
• Join up to 3 brotherhoods
• Full workout history
• Unlimited daily challenges

6.3 Elite Tier ($9.99/month)

• Everything in Warrior Tier
• Access to premium warriors (Goggins, Jocko)
• Voice-only mode (when available)
• Join unlimited brotherhoods
• Verified Elite badge

Subscription features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their next renewal date.

7. Billing and Payments

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By providing payment information, you:

• Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Authorize us to charge all fees incurred by your account
• Agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy
• Acknowledge that we do not store your full payment information

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Your paid subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly periods unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

7.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in cases of service outages or billing errors. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

7.4 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

8. User-Generated Content

WarriorForge allows users to create and share content including mirror check-in photos, brotherhood posts, and comments ("User Content").

8.1 Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content to WarriorForge, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content on the platform
• The right to store your content for as long as your account is active
• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

8.2 Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for your User Content and must ensure:

• You have all necessary rights to submit it
• It complies with our Community Guidelines (see Section 9)
• It does not infringe on any third-party rights
• It is accurate and not misleading (e.g., no fake progress photos)

8.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate all User Content
• Remove content that violates our Community Guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
• Report illegal content to law enforcement

8.4 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated responses from warrior personas are not considered User Content. We retain the right to use these conversations for service improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Community Guidelines

All users must adhere to our Community Guidelines when posting mirror check-ins, brotherhood posts, or comments. For complete guidelines, see our Community Guidelines page.

9.1 Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that contains:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Harassment, bullying, or body shaming
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Spam or commercial advertising
• Illegal activity or dangerous challenges
• Misleading content (fake progress, stolen photos)

9.2 Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• First violation: Warning and content removal
• Second violation: 7-day account suspension
• Third violation: Permanent account termination
• Severe violations: Immediate ban and potential law enforcement notification

10. Brotherhood Leader Terms

If approved as a Brotherhood Leader, you agree to the following additional terms:

10.1 Verification Requirements

• Provide proof of social platform presence (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Demonstrate alignment with warrior values and fitness credentials
• Undergo admin review and approval process
• Maintain verification status through ongoing compliance

10.2 Revenue Sharing (Paid Brotherhoods)

For paid brotherhoods:

• You may charge members subscription fees for exclusive access
• WarriorForge retains a 20-30% platform fee for payment processing and infrastructure
• You receive 70-80% of monthly subscription revenue
• Payouts processed manually at end of each month
• Minimum payout threshold: $100

10.3 Moderation Responsibilities

As a Brotherhood Leader, you must:

• Review and moderate posts and comments within your brotherhood
• Remove content that violates platform Community Guidelines
• Report severe violations to WarriorForge admins immediately
• Maintain a high-quality, respectful community environment
• Respond to member concerns in a timely manner

10.4 Leadership Standards

• Lead by example: embody discipline, respect, and authenticity
• Provide value through exclusive content, challenges, or engagement
• Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity

10.5 Termination

WarriorForge may revoke Brotherhood Leader status if you violate platform Terms or Guidelines. If your brotherhood is terminated, members will receive pro-rated refunds and you forfeit unpaid revenue sharing.

11. Merchandise Sales

WarriorForge sells physical products (t-shirts, hoodies) through our merchandise store.

11.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe all products, including sizing, materials, and backwards-text designs. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free or that colors will appear exactly as shown on your device.

11.2 Ordering and Fulfillment

• Orders are processed manually via Printify within 3-5 business days
• Production time: 5-7 business days
• Shipping time: 3-10 days (domestic), 10-30 days (international)
• Tracking number provided via email when shipped

11.3 Pricing and Taxes

• Prices include product cost
• Shipping calculated at checkout based on destination
• Sales tax applied where required by law

11.4 Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items
• Free replacement for defective products (within 14 days)
• Size exchanges accepted (customer pays return shipping)

11.5 Inventory

Product availability is subject to inventory levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

13. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

The warrior personas and AI conversations are designed for motivational and entertainment purposes only.

13.1 Not Professional Advice

AI-generated responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Medical or health advice
• Fitness or training guidance
• Nutritional or dietary recommendations
• Mental health counseling
• Legal, financial, or career advice

13.2 Accuracy Not Guaranteed

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should verify important information independently and not rely solely on AI responses for critical decisions.

13.3 Fictional Personas

Warrior personas (Spartacus, Leonidas, Musashi, Goggins, Jocko) are fictional or dramatized interpretations powered by AI models. They do not represent the actual views, beliefs, or advice of the historical figures or real individuals they are modeled after.

13.4 Third-Party AI Services

AI responses are generated using OpenRouter API, which provides access to multiple AI model providers. We do not control the underlying AI models and are not responsible for their outputs.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts
• Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to compete with us or develop competing services
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Share account credentials with others

We reserve the right to monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WarriorForge AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

15.1 WarriorForge Trademarks

“WarriorForge,” the WarriorForge logo, and all backwards-text designs (including but not limited to “EGARUOC,” “HTGNERTS,” and other backwards words) are trademarks of WarriorForge AI. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

15.2 Warrior Persona Prompts

The warrior persona prompts, character descriptions, and voice profiles (when available) are proprietary to WarriorForge and protected as trade secrets. You may not extract, replicate, or use these prompts outside of the Service.

15.3 Quote Library

Historical warrior quotes are sourced from public domain materials. Modern warrior quotes are used with permission or under fair use. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@warriorforge.ai.

15.4 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service, including:

• Account information (email, name, profile data)
• Workout data (exercise logs, personal records)
• Mirror check-in photos and social interactions
• Brotherhood membership and posts
• AI conversation history
• Merchandise orders and shipping addresses
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)

By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or Community Guidelines.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data after 30 days
• Mirror check-in photos will be removed from the platform
• Brotherhood posts may be retained for community continuity
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability)

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon voluntary termination, you may request a data export before deletion.

18. General Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Security of data or communications
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Suitability of workout challenges for your fitness level
• Results from using the Service

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WarriorForge AI, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for:

• Loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
• Personal injury or property damage
• Injuries or adverse health effects resulting from workout tracking or challenges
• Reliance on AI-generated content
• User-generated content posted by other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WarriorForge AI and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Your participation in physical activities tracked on the platform
• Your reliance on AI-generated content
• Your interactions with other users (including Brotherhood members)

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You and WarriorForge AI agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds that this arbitration provision is unenforceable, then the dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the United States, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on the platform or send you an email notification
• Provide at least 30 days’ notice for changes that materially affect your rights

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
